No Return, No Exchange Policy

Applies to bulk, clearance, and discounted items sold by ReBox.

General Policy

  • All sales made on ReBox are final.
  • We do not accept requests for returns, refunds, or exchanges once the order has been confirmed and dispatched.
  • Customers must review product descriptions, specifications, quantities, and pricing carefully before placing orders.

Why This Policy Exists

  1. Bulk & Clearance Stock: Many items are bulk lots, overstock, clearance, or discounted and cannot be restocked or exchanged.
  2. Discounted Pricing: Deep discounts limit post-sale services like returns or replacements.
  3. Multi‑source Procurement: Products may come from multiple sources/sellers; replacements may not be possible once sold.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Although we follow strict quality control, if you receive:

  • a wrong item (not matching your invoice), or
  • an item that is completely non‑functional upon delivery,

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery at marketing@rebox.com.pk with your order number and clear, unedited photos/videos.

Our team will investigate on a case‑by‑case basis and may provide a resolution (e.g., partial refund, or replacement if stock is available). Beyond 24 hours, we cannot entertain complaints.

Items Not Covered

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Minor differences in color, packaging, or design due to lighting, screen resolution, or batch variations.
  • Damage from improper handling, misuse, or installation by the customer.
  • Any product sold under “As‑Is” or labeled “Clearance/Final Sale”.

Buyer’s Responsibility

  • Verify product descriptions, sizes, specifications, and quantities before confirming your order.
  • Confirm bulk quantities and ensure you’re satisfied with pricing and any applied discounts.
  • Keep all communications with ReBox documented in writing (email, invoices, etc.).

Legal Disclaimer

ReBox reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, ReBox’s decision will be final and binding.
